See Relationship at the Center - God, as the Trinity, is in relationship with Godself, and invites all of humanity into that relationship. Infused with love from that relationship, we have power to move towards others to heal and restore.
Follow Christ - Following Jesus is at the very heart of who I am. I recognize that there is great diversity for how one might do that, and I think God made it that way on purpose. I invite all into a deeper relationship with God, but just as Jesus welcomed all, regardless of belief, so do I.
Cultivate Listening - Contemplative prayer practices allow us to become aware of and in step with the Holy One. We can cultivate a posture of listening to the Spirit, to ourselves and to others. I bring this three-fold listening into Spiritual Direction
Be Curious and Humble - I desire to understand and extend love much more than I want to assume and assert.
Let Grace Disrupt - Grace brings us to renewal as we see ourselves through God's eyes. Grace disrupts our false beliefs and begins the work of healing. Likewise grace allows us fresh starts, as we see the historic ways of Christianity that centered western, white and male perspectives, so that we can intentionally champion and learn from other voices that have been marginalized by the dominant culture.

I worked as a pastor for nearly two decades, in both church and Christian university settings. I have also worked a few years as a high school mathematics teacher.
I am a daughter, sibling, friend, neighbor, spouse and parent.
These roles and relationships are profoundly meaningful to me. In all of them, I have discovered the loving voice of the Holy Spirit prompting me forward.
I have been a member of several different church traditions, including Congregational, Presbyterian, Nazarene and Episcopalian. My religious traditions are a mix of Reformed, Ignatian and Celtic Christian beliefs and practices.
I was raised in Washington state and now live in Los Angeles, California. I have pieces of my heart in Mississippi and Haiti, having spent a few months serving in each.
I love sipping cappuccinos, taking pictures, talking about Scotland, and wild swimming.

My own family is neurodiverse, which has led us to follow God’s invitation to new and creative spiritual rhythms. That journey included seeking out a spiritual director for myself two decades ago in the early days of parenting.
I was led to become a spiritual director in order to support those who are marginalized by society or in religious spaces.
My areas of focus: Discovering ways that God designed you to connect with God, Supporting ministry leaders desiring to ground themselves in the LORD, Neurodivergent individuals or those that love them, and Christians that are deconstructing and reconstructing their faith.
I welcome people of all races, sexuality, gender, ability, and nationality, as well as those in different stages of reconstructing their faith.
